Refund and cancellation

This page applies to paid ClaimQR and ItemPassport AI subscriptions operated by CyberGO LLC. Free accounts have no subscription charge.
How billing works
Paid plans are billed monthly by Stripe at the price shown at checkout and on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
How to cancel
Sign in, open your account, and choose Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel, update your payment method, and view invoices.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep plan access until that period ends. We do not process an immediate mid-cycle shutdown through the portal.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are not refunded for unused time after you cancel. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@itempassport.ai or use the Support page and include the email on the account and the approximate charge date.
Failed or canceled checkout
If you leave Stripe Checkout without paying, no subscription is created. Your account stays on its current plan.
