CyberGO LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
ItemPassport AI and ClaimQR are products of CyberGO LLC. These terms apply when you use our websites and apps, including claimqr.ai, itempassport.ai, and item-passport.com.
Service use
The service lets you create and manage Item Passports and QR codes, sign in with an email login link, and optionally subscribe to a paid plan. You must use the service lawfully and only for content and items you are allowed to represent.
Accounts and access
Access is tied to the email address you use to request a login link. You are responsible for that inbox. Anyone who can open your login email can access your account. Tell us through the Support page if you lose access.
QR codes and Item Passports
Scanning a QR code can open a public Item Passport or a destination link you configure. Public pages show only the details you choose to make public. A QR code is a pointer to your record; it is not by itself a government ID, insurance policy, or third-party certificate.
User-provided content
You keep ownership of photos, files, notes, warranty and service records, and other content you upload. You grant CyberGO LLC a limited license to store, display, and process that content so we can operate the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Current plan names and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Features and active-item limits depend on your current plan. We may change plans or prices; changes apply going forward as shown at checkout or in your account.
Cancellation and refunds
The Refund and cancellation page describes how to cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal and how refunds are handled.
Prohibited misuse
You may not:
- Try to access another person’s account, passports, or QR data
- Interfere with the service, abuse email login, or overload our systems
- Use the service to distribute malware or illegal content
- Misrepresent ownership, warranty, or authenticity of an item
Availability and service changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. Public pages depend on the internet and on how you configure visibility.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. CyberGO LLC is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the service, QR scans, or item records, except where the law does not allow that limit. We do not insure your items and do not guarantee that a passport or QR code will be accepted by a third party.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription as described on the Refund and cancellation page. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we must do so to protect the service or other users.
Governing terms
These terms are the agreement between you and CyberGO LLC for this service. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
